Who can call your conference? Anyone from anywhere in the world can call your conference.

You can configure any or all of your Diamondcard.us International or domestic personal numbers to forward to your conference call. You can even schedule at what time during the day or specific days in the week that your personal number will forward to your conference. The conference will always be available when you need it.

Who pays for the conference call? The conference participants pay for their call to your personal number. Their call can be free for them if they are calling your toll free personal number. The Diamondcard.us account that has created the conference pays for each user who is in the conference call at the following rates.

Any Diamondcard.us Personal number can be forwarded to your conference. Conference costs are displayed in the RATES page at www.diamondcard.us. Go to "Conference" in the rates page to see the conference call rate per minute per user depending on the access point.

Here are step by step instructions on how to configure your personal number to forward to a conference call. Before you start, make sure you have a personal number you will use to forward to your conference. If you need to buy a new Diamondcard.us personal number login to your Diamondcard.us account and go to the "TELEPHONY" section. Click on "Personal #'s", then click on "Buy more phone numbers".

There are THREE STEPS to create your conference. 

1. Create your conference in your Diamondcard.us account.
2. Create the redirect profile which will forward calls to your conference.
3. Assign redirect profile to one or more personal numbers.

Let's get started. 
Login to your Diamondcard.us account at https://www.diamondcard.us/login.

CREATE YOUR CONFERENCE - Step 1.

1. Go to "Telephony" section in the navigation section.
2. Click on "conference".
3. Click on "Add new conference".
4. Fill out the page then click the "ADD" button.

CREATE THE REDIRECT PROFILE WHICH WILL FORWARD CALLS TO YOUR CONFERENCE - Step 2. 

1. Click on "Personal #'s".
2. Click on "Add/edit redirect profiles"
3. Add a new redirect profile by clicking the "add" button. We suggest you
start with a name like "conference call".
4. Click on the name which should be "conference call" if that's what you
named it.
5. Click "edit" to edit this forwarding configuration.
6. Choose your "time frame" and days of the week. 
7. Choose "conference" option in the "forward to" picklist.
8. Click "save".

3. ASSIGN REDIRECT PROFILE TO ONE OR MORE PERSONAL NUMBERS

1. Click on "Personal #'s".
2. Locate the personal number you want to use for the conference. 
3. Choose the new redirect profile in the "redirect settings" pick list.

Congratulations, you just set up your first conference!
