Following user manual instructions configure the following parameters.

UID0: Your Account Id
UID1: Your Account Id
UseLoginID: 1
LoginID0: Your Account Id
LoginID1: Your Account Id
PWD0: Your PIN code
PWD1: Your PIN code
GkOrProxy: 62.4.81.186

AudioMode: 0x00170017
AutMethod: 0x00000002

NTPIP: 198.123.30.132  - or any other NTP server should be configured.

Phone number should be dialed in international format without prefixes. E.g. "18002001000" for USA +1800-200-1000 number.
